Course Outline
e-Class

This course (8th semester, 5 ECTS) enables senior students to provide free consulting services (Business Consulting) to real businesses in the region through the creation of Consulting Teams. Goals are utilizing students’ specialized knowledge, diffusing scientific knowledge to the local society, gaining know-how and work experience, and supporting businesses. Teams collaborate constantly with client-businesses, conducting interviews, questionnaires (management, marketing, financials), and analyses (investment plan evaluation, valuation, demand forecasting, Business Plan drafting, market research, marketing development, web marketing, utilization of ESPA programs, logistics, human resources). Assessment is based on drafting the Preliminary Consulting Report (PCR), the Final Consulting Report (FCR), and team evaluation by clients. The course is taught in Greek and offered to Erasmus students.
