Business Administration I

This basic undergraduate course (2nd semester, 6 ECTS) provides an introduction to Business Administration (Management), examining the management of socio-economic organizations and its application in modern businesses. It covers functions such as decision-making, planning, human resources management, control, and coordination. The goal is familiarization with modern management concepts and the reinforcement of autonomous and group work. Assessment includes written exams (open notes) and optional/compulsory assignments, while the course is also offered in English for Erasmus students via e-class.
