This course (8th semester, 5 ECTS, prerequisite: Marketing) provides a comprehensive introduction to the basic principles and practices of digital marketing in the modern business landscape. It covers digital consumer behavior, website marketing strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO, SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, and mobile marketing. Also, it examines digital brand and reputation management, as well as legal and ethical issues (e.g., GDPR), modern trends, and the future of digital marketing. Assessment consists of a written exam with problem-solving (40%), written assignment (50%), and public presentation (10%). The course is taught in Greek and English, offered also to Erasmus students.
