Financial Analysis of International Businesses

This course (5th semester, 5 ECTS) has the main purpose of teaching the basic theories of international economics and entrepreneurship (Foreign Direct Investment, Privatizations). It focuses on developing strategic thinking and the ability to take administrative decisions, evaluate investment proposals and financing opportunities, as well as propose new business plans. The course analyzes the digital transformation and green transition of businesses, the role of Research and Development (R&D), and the utility of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria in business decision-making. Assessment includes written exams (80%) and an optional assignment (20%). The course is taught in Greek.
