Course Outline
e-Class

This course (1st semester, 6 ECTS) introduces students to the basic mathematical concepts of differential and integral calculus and optimization theory for functions of one and two variables, with particular emphasis on their economic applications. It seeks to equip students with the ability to use mathematical methods for analyzing and solving economic problems, cultivating critical and inductive thinking. Assessment is done via a written examination with various types of questions, with the possibility of a bonus from an optional assignment.
