This undergraduate course (1st semester, 6 ECTS) introduces students to the basic concepts of microeconomic theory, focusing on demand, supply, market structures (perfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly, monopolistic competition), and consumer/producer surplus. It aims to develop critical thinking and analytical skills for solving economic problems, primarily using graphical representations. Assessment is conducted exclusively through written examinations covering theoretical and methodological tools, while the course is taught in Greek via e-class.
