Organizational Behavior

This course (5th semester, 5 ECTS) aims at an in-depth understanding of human behavior within organizations. It examines how perceptions, attitudes, motives, personalities, leadership behaviors, and group dynamics affect performance and effectiveness. The course focuses on connecting theory and practice, enhancing students’ skills in analysis, leadership, communication, and managing human behaviors in businesses. It covers topics such as motivation theories, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, conflict, organizational culture, and change management. Assessment is via a written final exam (100%). The course is taught in Greek, with the possibility of attending in English for Erasmus students.
