Risk Management

This course (7th semester, 5 ECTS) introduces students to risk assessment using qualitative and quantitative methods. It develops basic concepts of business and investment risk, risk in decision implementation and development plans, and risk management in business operation. Methodological approaches for identifying, valuing, and prioritizing risk in the economy, businesses, organizations, and projects are presented, along with risk management techniques. The goal is to understand the assurance of investment, development, and social goals. Assessment consists of a written final exam (50%) and a semester written assignment (50%). The course is taught in Greek, with availability in English for Erasmus students.
