Professor Dimitrios J. Dimitriou is a senior academic and management scientist whose career integrates higher education, international research activity and executive leadership in complex organisations and large capital intensive projects. His academic background combines management, engineering and quantitative economics, including a Doctorate in econometric modelling for demand forecasting, postgraduate studies in Planning and Management and Environmental Management, and a Civil Engineering diploma specialised in project planning and asset management.
With more than three decades of professional activity, his experience is structured across three complementary domains: academic teaching and supervision, scientific research and innovation, and governance of organisations and large projects/investments.
