This course (5th semester, 5 ECTS) examines innovation and change management phenomena at macro, meso, and microeconomic levels. It aims at understanding how innovation, as a result of a unified socio-economic space, requires effective change management for the creation and diffusion of sustainable development. The course deepens into modern models of planning and implementing organizational change and the innovation mechanisms required to enhance competitiveness, focusing on the dynamic restructuring of globalization. It adopts a combined Stra.Tech.Man (Strategy-Technology-Management) approach. Assessment includes an assignment (mandatory or optional, depending on the case) and written exams at the end of the semester (2 hours duration, with open printed notes). The course is taught in Greek.
